MY ARTISTIC JOURNEY...
As a child I already drew, colored, cut, pasted, invented objects, stories, wrote poems. I knitted, crocheted, sewed, created clothing. Curious about everything, it was the art of medicine - pediatrics then pediatric psychiatry - that I first considered. Until the urge to experiment with painting led me to push the door of a watercolor class in 1999. Feeling cramped by the rigor of this magnificent technique, I preferred an in-depth exploration of all kinds of other mediums, as well as sculpture with different materials. What a joy to discover this universe of endless exploration and possibilities!
At the crossroads of several cultures - French, Ukrainian, Swiss - my sensitivity draws me to rather bright colours, textures, movement. |
I paint instinctively, most often without preconceived ideas. Every creation begins with an inner conversation. It’s fundamental to me.
Over time, painting has become my main professional activity. I practice it as a vital breath and I teach it, which does not prevent me from devoting myself to other artistic activities, such as singing and music (within the Blue Collectif), poetry and writing, as well as leading a team of Creatives who meet to develop projects together. I am also currently training in art therapy in order to combine my first profession with my passion. |
